Mohammad, 13, from Lugar, Afghanistan

I don't remember much of Afghanistan. There was so much war. I forgot. I fled with my brother and sister to Germany. We came here three months ago.

My family doesn't have the necessary papers yet - so I'm staying here all day. My favorite subjects in school were maths and Fārsī, our native language. My big dream is to become an airplane pilot, but I never flew in an aircraft until now. I hope I get a chance to fly in an airplane here in Germany.
